This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. From the moment we entered, it felt like everyone—from the doorman to the serving staff—was only interested in money. There was no sign of proper customer service, courtesy, or professionalism.
The management was extremely poor, the staff’s behavior was disappointing, and the food quality was terrible. The food was also unhygienic, and we even found a fly in it, which was completely unacceptable. The entire experience was frustrating, unpleasant, and deeply disappointing.
If there were an option to give a rating below zero stars, I would definitely choose that. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Food is tasty. It's a proper Chinese restaurant. You can also get Bengali food here like naan, parata, kebab, polau etc. they also have breakfast options. You can host small parties here as well.
Very disappointing experience. The food was below average, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. There was only one dirty washroom on the second floor, causing inconvenience for guests. Even the plates and glasses used for serving were unclean. Overall, the poor facilities, lack of cleanliness, and low-quality food made the event far below expectations. I would not recommend this venue.
The ambience at White House restaurant is fine but other than that nothing is satisfactory. The food quality was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations, especially considering the restaurant’s name and presentation. We tried cashew nut salad but the salad had very few cashew nuts within, beef sizzling was full of onion and capsicum & lack of beef. Price was higher in context of quality of food.
In addition, the staff behavior was unprofessional. Service was slow, and the staff seemed inattentive and poorly trained, which further affected the dining experience.
Overall, while the ambience is nice but poor food quality and unprofessional service make it hard to recommend. With improvements in the kitchen and better staff training, this place could be much better.
They behave rudely with their customer. Service is very late.I placed an order on phone, when I went for pick up,they still didn't give the order to kitchen even though they ensured me the order will be ready when I arrive for pick up.
