We went for a birthday celebration yesterday, and the food there was absolutely amazing. The ambience was top-notch. The service was good and can be improved a little more, but overall we had a great time and the experience was totally worth it. Special thanks to Srikant More for attending to us so well. Dear Vivanta Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Matar Paneer parcel that I purchased from your hotel today.
After reaching home and opening the container, I was surprised to see an excessive amount of oil floating on top of the curry. The quantity of the actual sabzi was very less, and the container appeared to be filled mostly with oil. It honestly gave the impression that extra oil and red chilli powder had been added merely to make the container look fuller.
Moreover, the dish was extremely spicy—far beyond what would normally be expected for Matar Paneer. Neither I nor any of my family members could eat it because of the excessive spice level. If we had wanted a spicy preparation, we would have specifically requested it while placing the order. However, no such request was made.
As a reputed hotel, I expected much better quality, consistency, and value for money. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and the food ended up going to waste.
I request that you look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation for the poor quality, excessive oil, and insufficient quantity of the dish. I would also appreciate an appropriate resolution to this issue.

It is a nice hotel with luxurious environment. It has nice rooms as well as halls as per different capacities of people for different occasions also they serve nice food here. They have 2 restaurants in it where One serves pure vegetarian food and the other is for non vegetarian food called dakshin coastal. And both have a nice ambience and taste of food.
We booked the hotel and lawn for wedding and residency purposes. The overall experience was pleasant , the hotel was well-maintained, the staff was supportive, and the lawn provided a spacious and elegant setting for the ceremony. The rooms were comfortable and suitable for accommodating guests.
One point to note is the location: the property is about 2.5 km from Virar station. While this is manageable, guests arriving by train may need to plan for local transport.
Overall, it’s a good option for weddings and family functions, combining a nice stay with a decent event space.
Undoubtedly I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for celebration hall or any family or corporate function ..various halls as per numbers of peoples. Dakshin coastal restaurant is my fav ..foods are authentic .. specially chinese cuisine.
