We truly appreciated our stay at the hotel. The property was comfortable, well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally cooperative, courteous, and always willing to help, which made our experience pleasant.
However, one significant concern was the route leading to the property. The approach road was inconvenient and difficult to navigate, which affected our overall travel experience. Considering the challenges in accessing the hotel, we feel that the room charges did not fully reflect the overall value of the stay.
We hope the management can work toward improving accessibility or provide clearer guidance to guests before arrival. With better access, the overall experience would be much more aligned with the quality of the hotel’s hospitality.
We really enjoyed our stay at treetop.
