Refrain yourself from booking this Hotel!
1. The former owner asked me and my sister for a drink at 3am inside the lift which was extremely scary and unprofessional!
2. The rooms were filled with dust and dirty bed sheets seems like no housekeeping was done regularly.
3. The rooms should be named as Damp room for classic, semi damp room for deluxe and damp room with balcony which would cost 3000+ per day.
4. Washroom was extremely dirty and smelly with no proper toiletries. We checked on other rooms too but it was the same in all.
5. The hotel staff asked for extra money which is much more than the listed oyo charge. Completely dishonest fellow!
6. Stale food was served which we threw because it was pathetically smelling like rotten food.
7. They were ignorant about late night services like basic water or opening the gates.
8. The hotel seems really spooky at night with drunk men and music on the top floor.
Rooms are pretty small, When I came here I wanted to upgrade the room but it was full so got a smaller OYO. TV is just for show not the smart TV, Lift doesn't work here, Gyser was very slow to heat, Bedhseets I dont feel that it was clean It has stains pillow cover also had stain. The oyo price changed on the app also when I checked In.
Just average room Don't expect much. But the service was good.
Worst experience. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner was not working. Room service was extremely poor, and there was no intercom facility to contact the staff. The bathroom had a foul smell and was unhygienic. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place.
I was booked the hotel from oyo, few days back ....Room was Clean, Food was Tastefull,All the staff was very good like Front office Staff, Housekeeping Staff verry helpfull. Overall it's a great stay. Nexttime I definitely want to book in this hotel👌👌😍
Room interior is very poor and very different from the photo shared. It was sold to me as an AC room but AC was not working. Shower was not working and they kept one bucket & mug. Towels were unclean and when asked for a clean towel the support staff said that all are like that only.
