The hotel truly lives up to its reputation, not for service, but for creatively ignoring online bookings and prioritizing whoever happens to stroll in. It is almost impressive how accurately the online reviews predicted this experience. Under the “new management,” it has successfully downgraded itself into something that feels far closer to a roadside lodge than an actual hotel.
If you enjoy uncertainty and mild chaos, this might be your place. Otherwise, there are plenty of genuinely good hotels nearby, so do not waste your time here. We moved to Hotel D Plaza, and what a refreshing contrast that was.
*Room Not as Booked:* The hotel did not provide the room type I had confirmed and paid for on Agoda. Instead, I was allotted [Enter room type given], which was inferior/different from my booking. Despite showing my Agoda confirmation, the hotel refused to honor it.
2. *Breakfast Not Provided:* My Agoda voucher clearly stated “Breakfast Included”, but the hotel denied breakfast during my stay. The staff claimed breakfast was not part of my reservation, forcing me to pay extra/skip meals.
This is a breach of the agreement I entered with Agoda. I selected this hotel based on the room type and breakfast inclusion shown on your platform. The actual service was misleading and caused me significant inconvenience and additional expense.
This hotel decline your online booking every-time so be aware and don’t book online for this hotel. Also the number that is showing in google map it’s a booking agency’s. One more thing they frequently change their name like slightly different so if you book prior then it will be not valid.

The rooms were not as good as shown in the booking photos. The swimming pool was also in poor condition, with dirty water, despite being shown as clean and attractive in the pictures.
I would advise future guests to verify all details before booking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel."
I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Coral. The rooms are spacious, clean, neat, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is nice and welcoming.
