The rooms are filled with a strong urine smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. Despite calling the staff multiple times, no one responded appropriately. The manager was also informed, but instead of resolving the issue, he refused to change the bedsheet or the bed and blamed us for the problem. The staff and manager were rude, unprofessional, and did not know how to speak politely to guests. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

Cons - No lift. When I stayed the adjacent road was broken so had to walk around 50meters to get to the hotel.
Absolutely loved my stay! This is hands down one of the *best hotels* I’ve ever stayed in. The location in Old Manali is just perfect — peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. The price is super affordable, and the experience is totally worth it.
If you’re renting a bike or scooty, this place becomes even more convenient because all the major spots are easily accessible. The hospitality, comfort, and vibe were amazing.
I’m definitely coming back on my next trip and will surely stay here again. Highly recommended!

What truly stood out was the hospitality— the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall ambience felt homely and welcoming.
