this hotel stay is very good and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and all amenities are available like water, TV, Ac, drinking water bottles.

Room is so clean, bedsheets is clean, all facilities are provided to me, we 3 members stay in room and hotel provide discount and even they gave offer free extra bad, and pillows, and not charge us more.

I recommend this if you are nearby Bombay hospital,

bcz We spent lot's of time to visit multiple hotels in this area but every hotel's room are so bad except CRESSIDA HOTEL.

Hotel is so so GOOD and Clean, also staff supportive and attentive, before visit here I read all reviews and I got confused then I stay here, it is the good stay.

I saw some customers at billing counter, they were threatening to post bad reviews on Google, so I understood why the reviews were wrong. Some customers posted fake negative reviews because they didn’t get discounts.

I would say, don’t believe any recent one-star reviews as they are not genuine.
