The room service is bad and the facility is not that good. And no proper maintenance done. There was no hot water available even we asked multiple times. We had asked for hot water from morning and were waiting. By noon some one told like the hot water is not working from a week
Very good hotel with best ambience and very good food
I have rated this property 1 star only because there is no option for zero. The service, management, and policies are far below acceptable standards for a hotel of this category. The only positive aspect of my stay was the courteous behavior and assistance provided by Mr. Priyanshu.
Faced a few hiccups with the staff, who seemed a bit untrained, likely because the property was newly launched. However, the hotel itself is lovely — the rooms are peaceful, hygienic, and very well designed.
The Chandigarh House is a very nice and beautiful hotel and the rooms are very good and the food here tastes very good and the rooms here are very fast.
