I recently had the opportunity for a 2 day stay at the property.
Pros:
The best part of the property is the location, just walking distance to Mall Road.
The caretaker Prakash was also nice, he helped with our luggage and breakfast.
Cons:
Now why I rated 3star
The property need to be renovated
The bedding is very hard, same with the blankets and pillows
Bathroom needed renovation also the shower had no pressure, so a pressure pump must be installed who uses bucket these days.
The sofa in living area is very old and dirty
The food options in breakfast was very limited.
I would like to come back but if the property is renovated with basic amenities of a 4star BNB
Awesome property to stay in with spacious lawn area along with good parking facility as well the owner is good enough to coordinate and assist for every possible things around.
Loved the stay and place to the core
This place is perfect if you're in Manali.
We were 2 couples, can be booked by family and group seeking silence in buzzing valley.
It's in Old Manali Town, close to Mall Road and Hadimba, but still away from the crowds.
The service is five-star, and a big shout-out to Prakash, the caretaker, for his amazing hospitality.
Breakfast was delicious, and Prakash even changed it up to suit our tastes.

A truly beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The food is absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. If you’re looking to spend some quality time away from noise, this is the perfect place. Mall Road and Hadimba Temple are within walking distance, which is very convenient. The owner, Gaurav, is extremely friendly, welcoming, and fun—he greets guests warmly and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended! Do visit—this is an awesome place to stay.
