I had booked two rooms, but the hotel manager provided me with only one room at check-in. Later, he informed me that he would not give me the second room. After that My guests had to sleep on the floor without any mattress.I recommend to all please don’t go this Arcade Hotel. Very bad bad experience, The agoda company care didn’t help me about this. My guests had to sleep on the floor without any mattress.
Everything was excellent but non veg food is not allowed in complementary food service was disappointing for me , Rest all services and behaviour was very impressive.
