Hotel Luxeevista by Navodayans - Agra

Had such a wonderful experience on Taj Heritage. Their service is just amazing. Rooms are also neat and tidy. Would rate them 5 out of 5. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay with your family with a good cafe that serves delicious foods.

Horrible experience,
Unclean Rooms with torn bed sheet , broken and unclean washroom stinking. Breakfast was not provided instead it was included in the booking. We waited almost 40 min for breakfast in our room later we had to checkout empty stomach and also while checking out the attitude of the person at the reception was very rude. And his statement was “raise a complain and claim money”.
This was my horrible experience.

I was downgraded without any notice from another Fab hotel which was booked weeks ago. I received a call just 3 hours before my arrival that the booking is cancelled. I was offered another place, which was a downgrade from what I had booked. With no other option late at evening I accepted it. Horrible experience with Fab hotel. They have not given a partial refund either.

The staff is really unfriendly ! The want to have more information. They obviously didn’t get it right with the passport, but he was so rude, I’m sorry but all that is really not how a guest should be treated. And I think it’s because I’m no Indian and a woman, but still in the hotel area they should be nice. Even after booking the room from my travel agency, Zaara Travels they took an extra of Rs 1000 , just to change the room. So many chitfund hotels

Spent one night but the worst ever hotel I have come accross
The guy who was cleaning the toilet seat was the same guy who was giving water bottles wonder what if he might be cooking ffood as well
