Had a good stay at Vijan Business Hotel during a business trip. The hotel has a professional atmosphere with clean rooms and good hospitality. Staff members were courteous and responsive, and the service was smooth throughout the stay. The location is also convenient for business meetings and city travel. Food quality and overall ambience were quite good. A reliable option for both business and family stays in Jabalpur.
Hotel Vision Palace is a good place to stay, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the service and breakfast are quite disappointing.
One major issue is the availability of irons. Despite being a large hotel, they have only two irons. Most of the time they are either in use or the staff doesn’t know which room they have been given to, causing unnecessary inconvenience for guests.
Overall, the hotel is good for accommodation, but the service quality and breakfast need significant improvement.
The hotel is in very good location, 200 mtrs from a good mall, almost all of major brands a, bakery, and hotels are present, along with One fair Darbar veg restaurant is also there. Rooms could have been better managed. Service is good but takes times.
Very unprofessional and unorganized staff with absolutely no commitment.
They completely spoiled my entire night. Despite accepting bookings from me and 3–4 other guests, they failed to provide proper rooms and shifted us to another hotel at midnight.
The hotel management was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, especially Manish (Hotel Manager). Such poor coordination and lack of responsibility caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration to all the guests.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They don't know the Hotel Industry Process how it works.
After so many follow ups and calls,still not received the bills for my 2 days stay.
Instead of 2 days they made the bill of 1 day only.
Total Uneducated staff is there who is managing the booking.
