Worst stay experience ever ......the guy at reception will be so polite till you pay advance. Once the payment is done, he will show you his real rude behaviour. No room service, no proper locks to bathrooms and the smell from downstairs meat shop is added bonus. Please don't go for this and waste your money.
I booked these rooms for a family function and they were really upset with Udhay/ Balu (receptionists) behaviour.
Stayed here on work holiday for 10 days. Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent wifi, good AC, good phone coverage. And very good manager. Wish they had a kettle for the rooms.
One issue is with water on the far end rooms 202/204 line. Since I had to leave early water on these rooms for some reason start only after 7.30 am. Weird issue that the management is aware and sorting out.
Worst Room service & staff's are not responding to the complaint
My stay at the hotel was fine overall, but I was uncomfortable with the way the staff repeatedly asked for my mobile to give feedback on the OYO app. Feedback should always be a guest’s personal choice, not something forced. This kind of pressure can make the experience feel unpleasant, even if the stay itself was okay. I suggest the management allow guests to share honest feedback in their own time without any insistence.
The rooms are clean. No kitchen so breakfast comes from outside. Due to the meat house below, there are more mosquitoes inside the room.
