Should Be Zero Stars – Horrible Hygiene
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Booked on agoda with as it had good reviews on both Google and agoda but turns out it’s all paid reviewing. The hygiene and maintenance of the rooms were extremely poor. The bedsheet had visible stains and when we opened the blanket, we found two cockroaches inside it, which was extremely disturbing. The walls had spit marks and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly.
Basic amenities were also missing, no drinking water bottles and no toiletries were provided.
What made it worse was that I was shown four different rooms, and all of them were in the same terrible condition. The staff even proudly said that all the rooms are almost the same, which clearly shows the lack of concern for cleanliness and guest comfort.
To make matters more frustrating, the hotel staff seemed more concerned about the cleanliness of their parking area than the condition of their rooms. I was even told not to clean my car in the parking lot because the owner was upset about it.
Overall, this place seriously lacks basic hygiene, professionalism, and hospitality. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid staying here unless major improvements are made.
Literally seen hell during our stay, the rooms infested with mosquitos, the beds are infested with bed bugs, rooms all dampy, kindly don't believe their pictures of them rooms, go check yourself you probably will never like them room, and staff.... You need to literally beg for basic stuff you need there

Terrible experience — the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
There is not a single positive aspect to mention about this property. The room had a strong damp smell, and the lighting was extremely poor. Almost everything in the room was damaged, including the bed, TV unit, and cupboard.
The bathroom condition was even worse. The washbasin was broken, the drainage pipe was damaged, and water spilled directly onto the floor and our feet whenever the basin was used. The flush was broken, and I even got injured due to it. The jet spray was leaking continuously throughout the day.
The air conditioner was faulty—it either switched off automatically or went straight to 31°C when turned on. Despite complaining multiple times, the hotel staff did not respond properly and none of the issues were fixed.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Staff are very helpful especially Manohar and other guy at reception. They will assist you in best way possible treating you as a guest. Room cleanliness can be improved a bit. Bathrooms are good.
Located just beside highway. Prime location. Much affordable. Satisfied with the stay.
