Do not fall for this hotel by looking at the photos online. It's completely opposite to what you see online. I have booked it online on Agoda and when went to the hotel and saw that it's for the bachelors only and not suitable for families at all. Everywhere bottles and not maintained neatly at all. When I asked for refund, hotel people asked me to connect with Agoda customer care and Agoda customer care asked for the photos of the hotel which I missed to take due to which Agoda did not accept for the refund. Do not book the hotels online which requires pre payment before reaching hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel and Agoda this time and I lost Rs2182/- for no reason.
Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!
I paid ₹1421 for a one-night stay and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was terribly unhygienic with used, dirty bedsheets, very old towels, and a pillow covered in fungus. Basic amenities were a joke: there was no TV, a malfunctioning AC, and no landline to even call the reception for help. To top it off, the power went out for an hour with zero backup. This was the worst stay of my life. A complete waste of money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel!
The worst hotel in every possible way ..
I booked this based on th fake ratings and reviews.. but for families it is 100% not advisable. worst rooms with unhygienic washrooms and bedsheets. Full of mosquitoes and lizards. Please don't be fooled by the fake and clean photos of hotel u see online. I once again suggest families not to stay here.kindly understand
