I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.
First of all, the property is not maintained at all. Cleanliness is a major issue—rooms are dirty and not properly serviced. The AC was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable, especially in this weather.
The parking ramp is in very poor condition and difficult to use, which creates unnecessary inconvenience. On top of that, the lift is not working, so you are forced to climb stairs even to the 3rd floor, which is unacceptable for guests with luggage or families.
Basic amenities are also missing. They do not provide blankets, and even the toilets are poorly designed with no proper doors, which is a serious privacy concern.
Overall, this is a third-class hotel with poor facilities, bad maintenance, and no attention to guest comfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Another major issue is the environment on every floor. There is a strong smell of alcohol everywhere, and many guests keep their room doors open while drinking in the corridors. This creates a very uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere.
This place is definitely not suitable for families. The presence of too many people drinking openly makes it feel insecure and poorly managed. Proper rules and monitoring are clearly missing.
I would strongly suggest families and decent travelers avoid staying here.

He is polite but the property is not upto the mark
Bedsheets are not that clean, AC is working in one room and not in others.
Worst hotel experience ever. AC not working, walls without paint, yellow bedsheets, foul-smelling pillows, and cockroaches in the washroom.
Staff give reckless answers and say there is no owner. Seriously makes you wonder whether the owner is alive or dead, because there is zero maintenance or responsibility.
Strongly not recommended. Don’t waste your money.
Terrible experience. The rooms looked shady and nothing like the photos. I was genuinely shocked when I saw them in person. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews — this place is not worth it.
Rooms are spacious and Hotel has car parking facility. Location is also on main road and easily accessible. However, there are lot of mosquitos in the entire hotel. Mosquito repellants doesn't help much. The bedsheets, towels and toilet provided were also not very clean.
