Had a wonderful stay at Katra Retreat Hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The location is also very convenient for Vaishno Devi visitors. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant experience with family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra!

Average hotel, not to spend more than 1k inr. I took with family, no basic facilities provided, no towels, no soap. Acs not working. Landline not working, had to scream in stairs for any service.
