I recently stayed at this hotel. Overall, the property is beautifully designed, the location is excellent, and considering the price, it offers good value for money. The interiors, swimming pool, and other amenities are well maintained and create a pleasant experience.

However, I would like to share a few areas where I believe the hotel can improve:

1. Room Service: The room service was quite slow. On a few occasions, it took nearly an hour after calling to receive assistance or have the issue resolved.
2. Bathroom Amenities: We requested a bathroom amenities kit twice. Although both requests were acknowledged and confirmed, the kit was never delivered.
3. Check-in Experience: Some of our fellow guests checked in before us and informed us that the check-in process was unnecessarily time-consuming, despite three counters being available.
4. Room Moisture Issue: The air conditioning seemed to cause excessive moisture inside the room, making the floor damp. Because of this, we had to repeatedly request housekeeping to clean the room.

Despite these concerns, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and offers good facilities. With improvements in service efficiency and room maintenance, the overall guest experience could be much better.

As I have personally experienced during my stay, the housekeeping service has been truly outstanding. The rooms are always very well maintained, fresh, and exceptionally clean. The corridors are neat, well organized, and create a very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel location is also excellent and convenient.
The housekeeping staff is always humble, helpful, and professional in their work. Their dedication and attention to detail really make the stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Dipesh Dhyani, Ms. Meena, Sanjoy, and the entire housekeeping team for their continuous support, care, and wonderful hospitality. I will be staying here for a long time, and I am very happy with my experience. Highly appreciated.😊

We recently booked two rooms and stayed for one night. The rooms themselves were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we genuinely appreciated the ambiance and overall property.

However, our experience with the breakfast buffet was disappointing. The buffet timings mentioned by the hotel stated that breakfast would be served until 11:00 AM. We arrived around 10:20 AM, but by approximately 10:40 AM, staff had already started clearing the counters and removing several food items while guests were still dining. This made us feel rushed and deprived us of the full breakfast experience we had paid for.
They didn't even acknowledge the fact that we had a kid with us.

Another concern was the level of service. While seated, we noticed flies around the dining area and requested a cup of tea from one of the servers so that we would not have to leave our table unattended. We were simply told to get it ourselves, which felt unhelpful and inconsistent with the hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.

We understand that frontline staff often work under pressure, and our intention is not to blame individuals. Rather, we believe these issues reflect management practices and service standards that need improvement.

It was disappointing because the excellent rooms and facilities were overshadowed by an unpleasant breakfast experience. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving guest service and ensuring buffet timings are honored consistently.

My stay in the Luxury room was really comfortable and pleasant. The room was neat, clean, and maintained with good hygiene standards. All amenities were properly arranged. The housekeeping team was very supportive and quick in service. Overall, it was a great experience. I would love to visit again with my family for any occasion and will surely recommend it to my friends and relatives. Special thanks to Mr. Dipesh and his team.

Our stay at Sunday Hotel was overall a very pleasant experience. The property itself is excellent—well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Lao Goon is also a great restaurant, and we really enjoyed the ambience and service.

The breakfast spread was good, with a decent variety and tasty food. However, the lunch and dinner buffet was quite disappointing. The options were very limited, and the taste did not match the standard of the property. Expanding the buffet selection and improving the food quality would make the overall experience much better.

A special shout-out to Karan for his exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a positive difference to our experience.

Overall, it’s a wonderful property with excellent service, and with some improvements to the lunch and dinner buffet, it would be an outstanding destination.
