You are not served water bottles. You have to get RO water on your own bottles from the 3rd floor. Food arranged by the attendant from outside was not eatable. We had to request the attendant to make arrangements for the morning tea. We were not asked for a glass of water even when we all four Sr. Citizens reached the property, which was actually very difficult to locate because of police barricading at different places. The attendant could not guide us properly. We had to hire a local rikshaw whom we followed to go to Kailasha. The attendant started looking after us only when we asked him to provide the phone number of the owner. Not a good experience at all. Not recommended if you are Sr. Citizen and travelling with family

Property at a decent and calm location. But hospitality is lacking mostly because there is a single caretaker doing every chore from housekeeping to cooking to cleaning. Anil was warm and helpful, but he is clearly overworked here.

Service was slow at the time of check in. Overall not worth the exorbitant price they charge. Looks like the owners only care about minting money from tourists. They can hire a couple more people to handle the load.

I had the pleasure of staying at Stay Inn Kailasha for three days during my visit to Varanasi, and I must say it was one of the most comforting and peaceful experiences I’ve had while traveling. The location is simply perfect – just a short walk to Assi Ghat, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and calm throughout the day and night. The ambiance of the property feels like home – warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff, especially Anil, the caretaker. Anil is a gem of a person – always available, always smiling, and always ready to help. Whether it was arranging transportation, suggesting local spots, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, he was there 24/7 with genuine care and kindness. His politeness, calm demeanor, and dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly heartwarming. People like Anil are what make a place unforgettable.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The homestay strikes a perfect balance between modern convenience and traditional charm. It’s ideal for solo travelers, families, and anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Varanasi.
