The 6BHK property is quite spacious and has good potential, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bedspreads seemed used and dusty. The kitchen drain was clogged and, at times, there was no water supply. In addition, the maintenance staff was unresponsive, reflecting poor overall management. With better upkeep, this facility could offer a much more pleasant stay.

I booked the villa for 2 days. Overall, the place looks good—rooms are spacious, clean, and can comfortably accommodate around 20 people. However, one major issue was the lack of proper drinking water. When I asked the supervisor about it, I didn’t receive any response as he seemed constantly busy with his phone. Better service and attention to guests would really improve the experience.
I had booked this stay for my parents, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the rooms appeared spacious and comfortable at first glance, the overall service left much to be desired. The receptionist was unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. Essential amenities like water and Wi-Fi were unavailable and poorly maintained, and roomkeeping was completely neglected. I eventually had to step in personally to resolve the issues, as the staff showed no sense of responsibility. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
This was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!"

even though there are 6 rooms in the villa, only one of the bathroom was gud condition..
no water come from taps, especially from faucets n flush tanks of commodes,. our family experienced the worst situations..
no responce from management..
no gas to cook,utencils to use..
they supplied municipal tap water as drinking water..
we bought purified driking water from outside..
no car parking, car parking is on own risk by parking road..
