Though born and brought up in Jabalpur but from 23 yrs has settled in a different city. Whenever required we make sure to book hotel Roopali. In front of Income tax office, very close to station and the best place for a family stay with an affordable price. Though the rooms have become too old, need a lot of repairing but still in the heart of the city with tasty ghar like food and well disciplined staff, helpers and house keeping. Don't miss the paneer sizzler and dal tadka.
Absolutely terrible and worst experience ever! This hotel is literally trying to make a fool out of customers.
First of all, the food was pathetic. The taste was awful, and the rotis served to us were so hard and stiff that they were practically impossible to chew. They serve sub-standard food and charge premium prices for it.
The overall staff experience was pathetic, but the manager was on another level of being rude and arrogant. They have absolutely no manners or customer etiquette.
The biggest scam is their payment process. The hotel is clearly listed on Swiggy, but when it comes to paying through the app, they outright deny it and lie to your face saying, "We are not registered on Swiggy." They are just trying to trick customers so they don't have to honor the online discounts.
Go there only if you want to ruin your mood and waste your hard-earned money. A total fraud and the worst place ever!
The property pretty old but is maintained very well. Very clean and hygienic. Food was very good and the staff was very helpful courteous and helpful. Overall had a good stay
Unclean room and terrible reception staff. Basics were not provided, bedsheets were stained and blankets were stinking. TV wasn't working and room had no ventilation. When complained to the receptionist and the staff, they said that this is what you get at this price (and we paid 2.7k per night for these unclean rooms).
Strongly recommend staying away from this place. The highly rated reviews are totally untrue and fabricated.
The food here is okay, but not great... I mean I am not satisfied with the quality of the food... the food is not that good....not value for money.
