Very nice hotel next to the Dhaka airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Alomgir and Rubel.
I had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel & Suites in Uttara, Dhaka. The airport shuttle service was extremely convenient — they picked me up in the evening and dropped me off early in the morning without any hassle. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated being able to order late-night meals with room service.
The location is perfect, just about 2 km from Dhaka Airport, which makes travel very easy. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. I truly loved my stay here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Terrible service and poor quality room for 4500 bdt!! Probably owner doesn’t know about the management. Restaurant has no one to serve!!
Receptionist gave us a room with no amenities at all but was charged for!!! All Furniture was placed randomly looked like the room wasn’t ready for the guest !!!
