We celebrated my parents’ anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite.
A special mention to Soniya, who managed the food and arrangements so smoothly and made sure everything went perfectly.
The food was delicious with good portion sizes-definitely value for money. The ambience was also lovely; we booked the “Jannat” section, which is perfect for a small gathering of 20-25 people. Highly recommended!
Food quality and quantity were decent. We ordered chicken biryani and chicken hakka noodles but were served chicken biryani and chicken fried rice. We informed the staff and chose to keep it as we didn’t want to wait.
What felt unprofessional was being repeatedly pressured by a waiter, Biplu, to post a review and mention his name. He asked us at the table and we agreed and said we'd do it when we got home but later, when we went to the rooftop for pictures, he came up, stood beside us and repeatedly asked us for the review and waited until everyone posted and showed their reviews to him. This made us uncomfortable, especially considering the order mix-up and limited service.
I am very much delighted to share my wonderful experience of my blessing ceremony, wedding and reception at Prism. It was much much beyond my expectations. The hospitality, behaviour of the staffs was very much appreciable. I am beyond thankful to the manager Kuntal Daa for everything 🙏🏻

It's a wonderful place to stay, dine or celebrate. Located in the prime land of City, managed by Saikias through a professional and courteous staff, the hotel has good spacious rooms with ample amenities. The roof top is nice, has another lounge for celebrations. The in house restaurant has lots of varieties of menu, with multiple veg and non veg options. Good discount offered for corporate bookings.
