We had a wonderful stay at this guest house! The room was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is quiet yet close to local spots. Highly recommend it for a peaceful and budget-friendly stay!
I recently stayed at Prime Grand Hotel, Mumbai. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, and the overall cleanliness standards were good.
However, there were some operational issues that affected the experience. There were occasional power failures, and water supply in the washroom was unavailable for several hours on certain occasions, which caused inconvenience. The staff members were polite and professional, though the service experience was generally neutral rather than exceptional.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory due to the clean rooms and decent facilities, but improvements in power backup and water supply reliability would significantly enhance the guest experience.
"I had a terrible experience with this hotel due to a misleading booking process. I found the hotel on Google, which had good reviews, and booked through a site that claimed to be the official website and paid for the booking. After checking in, the hotel owner asked me to pay again, stating they hadn't received payment, and revealed I booked through Stay Book, a third-party site.
I had to repeatedly call Stay Book to confirm payment, and they asked me to pay an additional Rs. 300 due to an incorrect amount. Even after paying to the third party, they didn't confirm the extra amount, causing further hassle. The hotel owner asked me to pay Rs. 300 again, which I had already paid.
The hotel was small and sweet, but overpriced considering the missing amenities in the room like free toiletries, hair dryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and more though they were advertised in the room facilities.
Overall, a disappointing and worst experience due to false advertising and poor customer service.
No coordination between the hotel and staybook.
Pls think twice before booking this. Wouldn't recommend especially booking through Stay book."
