Good hotel with beautiful valley view and big spacious clean room with washroom. Common balcony and located at the heart of Mall road in dalhousie.
Really very pathetic services i have seen in any hotel , no slippers food availbility is not possible after 9:30 , check in time 2:00 and check out time is 10:00 really very pathetic
Car parking is really very tuff task. No body is picking the phone if you have booked hotel online then you pls avoid otherwise they are not picking ypur phone and if you reached on timd they will shuffle your room to said deluxe to super deluxe.
Hotel staff behaviour is so rood if you asking one bottel water they said (o bhai distrub mat kar sab milega but apne time se )

Don't book this hotel. The ladies who attended your call , don't believed her. Before booking the hotel, they told us there was parking at the hotel and that the road would be cleared by 12 p.m. Please book and we'll take care of everything.But we couldn't even get to the hotel. We had to find another hotel for the night. When we arrived at the hotel during the day, it was inside Gandhi Markt, and there was no car parking. The road at the hotel's location was permanently closed.
Hello Everyone I have visited Dalhousie in Oct. 2025. I will write an honest review which can really help you. Being a Gujarati family we always need good food and here they are providing a delicious food. If I am talking about location it is situated at Mall Road so you can enjoy a shopping at night and if I m talking about staff members, they are really supportive. Their time to provide breakfast is at 8 am but I have to check out early so they really help us. So According to me it is premium hotel at affordable price.
