The location is absolutely perfect, mountain side easy accessibility for treking and leisure making it very convenient to explore the surroundings. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional-everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Mr Mukul the Property Manager for the warmth and service.

The food was delicious with a great variety. What truly stood out was the beautiful ambience, which created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an amazing location mountain side.

1.Too far from Nainital, u have to take a taxi everytime for one-way @rs.800/ for ertiga.
2. Rooms are not ventilated, no windows to open , bathroom has no exhaust. We had a horrible time managing the bathroom smell and added heat in May.
3. If u check-out in the early morning there is no one to carry ur luggages. We had to pack n keep luggages in our vehicle at night.

Good part...view u get from lower level rooms. Food was good.

We had a wonderful experience at Pranv Resort, Nainital. The service was exceptional, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the food was delicious throughout our stay.
One thing that truly stood out was their prompt service—everything we needed was just one call away, and the team always responded quickly with a smile.
A special thanks to Mukul for going above and beyond. He made last-minute arrangements for my son's birthday and ensured everything was perfectly organized. His dedication, attention to detail, and hospitality made our celebration truly memorable.

Our stay at pranav resort jokhiya nainital, the view from our family room 405 was wonderful the last day when the wather cleared.
the food was well managed

absolutely disgusting. they're a scam. we booked 2 rooms from booking.com, and on reaching the hotel, they denied receiving any booking from our side. they had also asked us for 30% advance which we had paid. then they also denied receiving any advance and said that it was a third party that had recieved the advance and that they will return the amount to us later. the receptionist sounded very genuine. please don't be fooled. they're a scam and the property is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. the staff is very unprofessional and unbothered. they act as if theyre doing us a favor. we asked them to clean our bathrooms as they were dirty at check in. they first outright refused and when the staff came in to clean it, they barely did anything and just left their own dirty shoeprints all over the floor and left laughing amongst each other. the bedsheets were also stained and im sure they were unwashed. they kept saying it was oil stain that doesnt come off, and in the end they didnt even change them. the rooms arent value for money. they overcharge and scam you by taking extra money with the whole 30% advance excuse. theyre horrible people and they should take off the neem karoli baba photo they have at the reception because theyre liars. staying at the property didnt feel safe at all either. the rooms were extremely cold too, especially at night due to which we couldnt sleep at all. the roof of the bathroom was broken, there was no hot water, the list will go on. its my fault i didnt go through their reviews because it seems theyve scammed other people in the exact same way too. please dont go here, and report them if possible. theyre disgusting people.
