We stayed here for 2 nights in early march 2021. The staff was nice, polite & the camp location is great. Also worth mentioning that the staff stepped up and made us Assamese thali which wasn't on the menu.
Sadly that's where the good things stop. Here is a list of reasons you should stay away from this place:
- The rooms & washrooms are really dirty with loads of cockroaches & dirt
- The toilet seat was broken
- The mattress on the bed is hard as a rock & we woke up with a backache on both days
- Worst of all both me + my wife got bad stomach in just 2 days of eating here. It makes me strongly suspect that the lack of cleanliness & hygiene isn't just in your rooms but also extends to kitchen and cooks
I would recommend staying here cuz' the campus is so big and it feels like a big open space to just walk around and staff here are responsive, atleast they did everything we asked for.
Food is good overall, no complaints. You just need to order quite beforehand cuz' they're gonna bring the food from the market and than cook and than serve. They don't store food so you don't have to worry about wasted food.
Not as hygienic as I expected so I took away one star. We had to complaint about dirty bed sheets but they saw to our complaint right away and resolved it in no time
And nights may be a bit adventurous as many people claim that animals enter the campus. They don't have boundary walls but barbed wires and some animals don't care for that right. If you book cottages than fine but if you stay in tents like we did and all of a sudden you hear animal noises outside than 👍
The location is nice. The staffs are really very helpful and friendly. The views are awesome. And the food is delicious. Entire resort along with the rooms are neat and clean.
It is a really awesome place to stay while visiting nameri. The staff was really good and hospitality was awesome. The food was as good as it should be although lil expensive but that's understandable as it is away from the town and the service was really good . All in all every thing really went well for us.
Wonderful is the word for everything they offer. Value for money. Staff is very humble and supportive. Services are instant. Very good space outdoors, nice restaurant. Food was very good and organic.
