“The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning is ok much better. Staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was neat and had basic amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.”
The room smelt like smoke, the toilet was dirty and the seat was broken, I had to request basic things like soap. The linens were stained and have me a full body rash. I could not get a night's sleep in that cursed bed. The walls had water seeping through them. I had to ask 3 different people for the wifi password. The staff clearly do not care about the guests. They were apathetic and did not even try to help me. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The room cleaning was very poor. There was a bad smell throughout the room, and cockroaches were roaming around, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The wash room was also in very bad condition. The room service was also disappointing. When we asked for a bottle of water, they demanded extra money.
We had booked the room with breakfast included, but breakfast was not provided as promised. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor cleanliness, lack of service, and failure to provide the amenities that were included in the booking.

Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 208, which was unclean with hair on the bed and used bedsheets and pillows. After informing the reception, I was given Room 104, but that room was also in an unclean, used condition.
When I raised the issue again, the reception staff asked me to contact Treebo support instead of resolving it on-site.
This is unacceptable, as basic hygiene standards were not maintained.
Very bad… the room given was not for 3 people… the bathroom was very very dirty, cannot even comment about the sink. The sink was that dirty. The curtain was torn on the window, outside was soo dirty as well. There were stains on the wall. God, I never stayed in such a dirty room… Even after ansking multiple times anbout room change, there was no response. Our mood became soo dull that we checked out within 5 hours even though we were soo tired from our journey.
Never staying in Treebo again.
