Very basic, I would say like a high 2 ☆ or low 3☆ hotel. With some improvents could be a good place. If you want to move around is far from town and bad road, try to arrange private taxi yourself as the one offered by the hotel is very expensive. Beach front location what was very good. Spa is a room for massage. Basic facilities but rooms have AC and hot water. Bed is comfortable but rooms in general could be better. Sewage smell has to be dealt with, and also generator/solar for power supply as we lost electricity several times in one day.
Please note that they charge you 5% if you pay by card. I have to mention even small shops did not charge us, this was the only place where they did this. Food is good in taste but small amount for the price. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the food and one dish came when we had all finished the food. They need to improve but it can be a good place. Positive point the beachfront view, the relaxed athmosphere, the monkey in the tree if you like the wild. Not all rooms have fridge. Beach water moves every 6 hours, you can only swim during morning or at night but they have swimming pool.

Rustic and off the beaten track. Beachfront for stunning sunsets. We had the beach to ourselves. Good food. Freshly cooked.

Don't book here if u want luxury. Beautiful but basic. Loved it here although the bathrooms needs updating as bad water pressure.

Ask about local taxes before you check in as we got stung at checkout. Also to find my friend had given them some valuables including a bottle of aftershave from duty free which she noticed that had been opened by someone.

Nothing was missing but not nice to think someone had been through her stuff when it was supposed to be in a secure place

Arriving at the property after one hour drive of very sketchy road and no lighting and signs.
The reception lady took us to see the room. The way to the room. The wooden staircase was old and parts broken and some areas were not secured very unsafe for my child and partial lighted . Attached videos. The room was very unpleasant, old furniture. Completely not as advertised. The whole area was unsafe on security. No security from the beach side to stop any outsiders entering the property. Very poor lighting and atmosphere on the compound was very unwelcoming . The whole property was not as advertised. I will give a 1 star and very disappointing after coming from 24 hrs journey from the USA looking forward for a 7 day vacation. Not family friendly at all. Scary atmosphere.
I will recommend a total upgrade on the property. I will recommend a check up on this property to be eligible on booking. com. or other booking sites. This is a false and a scam advertising. Does not meet any requirement to be on the list as a hotel to be booked. I am getting charged for cancellation fee of 270 US dollars. I request a full refund.

I went with my family—grandmother and children—to this fraudulent, deceptive, dangerous, and disgusting place. The facilities are absolutely ancient. They haven't been renovated in over two years. The stairs are broken, the railings are nonexistent, the sheets were dirty with rat droppings, and all the plumbing and pipes are rusty. The water is dirty, and the access to what is supposed to be the beach is deteriorated, with broken stairs. And of course, the pool was half-empty and green. It's not worth going there with your family, and I don't know if you can stand it for more than a day; we had to leave in a hurry. Booking.com wouldn't let us leave a negative review because it's completely misleading advertising
