We had an excellent stay at Lumino Winter Castle. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Both the premium room and dormitory were clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the plantation view was beautiful. Special thanks to the staff boy and the akka for the delicious food. Overall, a wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful stay at Lumino Winter Castle Hotel in Munnar.The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding tea plantations, which made our experience even more special.

We visited last year January, and it was an amazing experience. It's located in the midst of a tea plantation, and the short route to get to the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were neat and offers a view of the plantations. There is also a game room on top with foosball, carom and so on. A suggestion would be to ensure that all the items for playing the games are available because some were missing.
The highlight here was definitely the food. It was so good that I still think about it a year later. Usually, food in hill stations for me are just average. But the chef here is really talented, and makes even the simplest of dishes taste good. He is very friendly too. Don't know if the chef is still there, but I would certainly visit again just for the food.
