Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Manali. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location and accessibility. Mall Road is just about 1.5 km away, and local transport is easily available right from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the town without any hassle.
The rooms were comfortable, the staff was courteous specially manager Mr Balbir ji and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Everything we needed was easily accessible, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. A great option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good connectivity to Manali's main attractions. Highly recommended!
Worst experience, bad hotel plz don't come in this property my special advice. Here is the person on reception name balbir has vry bad behavior. Rooms look in the picture in actual vry dirty rooms.When I go for a complaint to Balbir he started arrangement.
Worst hotel ever never every visit this hotel. Like why this is even a 3 star hotel I don't understand. We were not provided the basic necessities no hit water in such a freezing weather in Manali also no hot water kettle in room. For water we need to go to the reception and fill the bottle. Like hectic. And we changed our room 3 times. In 1st room tur celing paint all was removed, room lights were not working, bathroom door was broken. Then changed to another room, we found rat in our room, like there were rats in the entire hotel,we saw 4,5 rats there, food was not good at all no taste at all, we paid extra 500 rs for heater, and do they even know what heater is? Heater is that heats up the entire room and they gave us something that didn't even heated the room a bit. We literally just sat near that heater to warm ourselves. Also the manager has no manners how to speak, he was disrespectful and arrogant and rude, like is this the way to talk to your customers? I don't know how people our saying good about this hotel or those are fake reviews but for me this was the worst hotel I visited. WORST HOTEL EVER. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOTEL. PLEASE. Such hotels should get shut down.

Best hotel in manali. With mountains and river view.
Balbir he is the operational manager, such a nicest person. I actually had booked the hotel from agoda, which was not actually associated with the hotel currently. So asked for refund to Agoda while Balbir gave the rooms exactly at the discounted rate I booked.
Later on the checkout day. He also gave us room to freshen up although we checked out.
He also provided the bike on rent with hassle free, delivery and pickup from hotel.
I would highly recommend the hotel as it was clean, staffs were nice with a proper view.
Just one tip- Don’t book from agoda, use any other sites.
I would also add some comments for the receptionist, he was also too good and helpful, always responded the queries asked.
