Rooms were dirty and the parts of walls were artistically painted with pan-masala spit. There was persistent foul smell in the washroom. An exhaust fan is the only savior and under load-shedding it is almost impossible to stay in the room, which had non existent ventilation. Only the location of the place was decent.
