I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The services are pathetic and extremely disappointing. The front desk manager has a very arrogant attitude and behaves as if he is doing us a favor by providing a room. Such behavior towards guests is completely unacceptable.
The food quality is also very poor. There was no taste in the food, and the chapati was half-cooked. Overall, the dining experience was very disappointing.
My overall stay was extremely unpleasant. I was even considering changing the hotel, but unfortunately the payment was non-refundable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their service quality and staff behavior.

We had amazing experience at Yatoo Retreat. Food was delicious and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It is very near to Mall road of Manali. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Manali. Good job by all the staff
Worst Experience Ever at Yaato Retreat
I had a very disappointing stay at Yaato Retreat. The biggest issue was the manager, Aditi. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. She clearly does not have basic etiquette on how to speak with guests. Instead of helping or listening to our concerns, she responded with attitude and arrogance.
Hospitality means making guests feel welcome and respected, but here it was the complete opposite. Simple requests were treated like a burden, and the tone used by Aditi was disrespectful and dismissive. It honestly ruined the entire experience for us.
The property may look decent online, but customer service is what truly matters — and unfortunately, it was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and professional behavior from hotel management.
Very disappointing stay. Never coming back.
