We went there for sagan ceremony and wedding.
Waiter was not listening when I asked for something I didn't get it until I asked to manager to get me the soft drink.
There were 2 days celebrations
First day hall on first floor which was good enough for 50-100 people and service can be much better few food items were served cold. I asked for the Crushed ice in the mocktails and they decined and mentioned we need to crush it in the mixer jar obviously you need to crush it and serve.
Second day- The wedding day it was a good experience food was tasty specially the bhalle papdi. Mocktails are not up to the mark again jalebi was again cold.
They should take care of cleanliness and hygiene specially for food serving and food items management. Added the video from the place they were serving the chutney.
I can say Overall experience was fine but they can do much better in their service.

Food was Good but was difficult to bifurcat Veg/Non Veg There were paper tag's (Print outs) which was hardly visible
Toilet s were positive point neat and clean maintained

Very good nice and friendly hotel signature grand for us very delicious food in this hotel and all are comfortable stay in hotel there is manager of Sanjay bajaj sir very every think is fine so my suggestion to every tourist to stay this hotel .staff also very friendly and responsible.....
We stayed here for 3 nights, plan was to stay for 4 nights but the overall service and room cleanliness was so bad that we checked out prior one night.
This hotel has no windows, in restaurant, there are very less lights, you get a feeling as if you are in a bar.
The management is worried only about the weddings and programs, no or less attention towards customers who came only for stay.
They charge 100 Rs for coffee and 70 Rs for mineral water bottle, which is too high and tea / coffee is not at all worth 20 Rs. On one day you will get overdoes of ginger in tea and on another day you will get overdose of tea powder in tea. No consistency.
Rooms are congested, poorly designed corridor and rooms. You do not feel fresh anytime.
Worst thing is about cleanliness, we found used condom packet below our bed. pathetic! we brought this to notice of management, they were prompt enough to come and clean the room up within no time, also the manager himself came to our room and apologised, however, we lost our faith in this hotel and we decided to change hotel.
Two plus points -
1. The restaurant chef was kind enough to cook food which we carried with for our 1.5 year old. This made us so relieved to see our kid eating his favourite food.
2. Hot water is available 24 hours, and you will not have to wait for it. open the tap you will get it withing no time. Necessary for winters in Delhi.
