I had booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com and even called the hotel on the morning of my arrival to reconfirm my reservation. The staff confirmed that my booking was valid. However, when we reached the hotel, the manager and employees refused to provide the room despite the confirmed booking. This caused a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary stress.
After repeated discussions, they finally gave us a different, much smaller room. The room was untidy, poorly maintained, and did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness or comfort. The overall experience was very disappointing and the handling of the situation was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Rooms are very unclean, not at all dusted. Bathroom was not clean.
As soon you open the room, it had a bad smell, no ventilation in room.
