The room was very dirty. The bedding was not changed at least for a couple of guests. There were a couple of dirt marks. One pillow was torn apart along the outer edge.
The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly.
Simply, it wasn't what you expected from paid accommodation
First of all the location was off by at least 500m when I came.
Then comes the miscommunication between Oyo and the hotel. I booked the hotel checking all the amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, etc. When I reached here, staff informed that the room I was looking for was premium room but the booking was for ordinary room which doesn't have any of it. And there is only 1 type of room to book in oyo.
Then comes the resolution that OYO provided. You see, their team has managed to look for my 'valuable' feedback after 2 years! The experience was so bad that still remember that day! It took hours before I gave up. I never visited the place again, and never going to either.
Amenities of the hotel are good. Nice AC room with attached bathroom, lift facility, very near to metro station. But there is a problem with the management- the room keys will only be given after a request (says it is not part of the regular package), the bedsheets were unchanged and had to pay extra for changing them.
