It's ok not a good or great.
Staff are not response or listening our query about banking.
If you want to open new account in this Bank then never visit, because currently they not open any new account.
If you has a personal relationship with bank staff then this bank is good for you.

Worst bank ever. Three KYC in three years n still not updated.girls sitting at counter no 1 &2 are luring customers for investment. Security staff is good n helpful

After the token no response is given by counter no.5 (swo) and cashier is busy in phone calls
Waiting from last 25 minutes no one is here on counter 4

Worst bank ever. Attitude of a lady sitting in counter number-2 is very very bad. She don't know how to talk to people, please avoid to go in that counter. I have transferred my branch to some other place.
