Very good for family, rooms are clean. Bathroom are neat with basic amminities. Reception area and staff is good. The only drawback is food. I clearly instructed that food should be with very less spicy but everything was very spicy. Even salad was served with black pepper which is not acceptable.
So overall it's nice stay but food should be avoided as per my taste.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was unclean,found beer bottles in room , bathroom was like govt public toilet , gutakha spitting on walls .
Dirty towel. Furniture was broken.
There was no electricity in room for one hour .customer service was disappointing, and the overall management seemed disorganized and do not have the manners to greet the customer. They were busy with talking to each other personal talks .I expected much better for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying here.
And if someone is reviewing the feedback and going to book this hotle please take this feedback seriously before booking otherwise your hard-core money will be wasted.and you will ruin your trip by yourself aftereven knowing the feedback of this hotel.
This hotel going to be shutdown very soon due to their reception stuff ( they don't know what the hospitality is ? ) .

Absolutely loved my stay at hotel riddhi inn from the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and made everything feel homely.The room was spotless, comfy bed,and the view was amazing.breakfast was delicious and varied. Definitely my new go-to spot-highly recommended.
