I had booked an executive suite for my family and the experience turned out to be pathetic. The rooms very non hygienic, mattress was uncomfortable and the quilt was shabby.
Fittings in the bathroom were broken and not a pleasant stay despite I paid a very high price for the room I had booked.
Breakfast buffet was decent and the quality of the food was fine but not that wow. The hotel claims to be a 3 star but the services are not so great. Pool was dirty with pigeon shit all around.
Haresh is very helpful, warm, and hospitable in the restaurant. The staff are very welcoming as well. It feels like home. Thank you for taking care of us!
