The service quality is extremely poor. They didn’t provide me with breakfast, even though my booking included it. The condition inside the hotel is worse than imaginable. the room is full of mosquitoes that won’t let you sleep, If you try to cover yourself with the duvet, you’ll find that it has no cover and gives off an unpleasant smell. Cockroaches are crawling everywhere, making it impossible to sit comfortably.
The washroom is in terrible condition, the WC is black instead of white, possibly due to poor hygiene over time. The floor tiles are detached, and the wall paint is peeling off. The water flow in the washroom is extremely slow, and it takes more than an hour just to take a bath.
To add to the disappointment, they didn’t provide me with the Wi-Fi password even after multiple reminders. And to top it all off, the dustbin was already full at the time of check-in, as if the hotel prefers feeding cockroaches instead of guests. 😀
Room was ok. Cockroaches were there in the room. Bathroom flush was working only once. I would not recommend for night stay. AC was working fine. Staff were cooperative.
Had to stay there as there was no choice for me because went to the town on a day when all the hotels and shops were closed due to holi.

The hotel rooms are very bad, they are old, the beds, sofas are full of cockroaches and vegetable insects. They are only concerned with earning money and do not care about the guest's health.
