Worst hotel. We booked a room in advance and when we arrived the staff says they have given room to someone else and we have to wait for 1hour. How come they can do it even after payment confirmation
I went to the hotel yesterday through OYO. The price shown on OYO was ₹1470 for a 24-hour stay from 12 PM to 12 PM. But when we checked in offline at 11 PM, they told us to check out at 6 PM. We paid ₹1500, and when we asked to extend for 1 more hour, they charged an extra ₹300 from me using a different QR code. I did not like the service, and I will not recommend it to anyone else.
Hotel is best room and sarvice cleaning

Rooms are spacious and okay....but with bed bugs.
The price is also okay but their service is awful. They will even charge you for drinking water and that's more than the actual cost. They didn't even offer a blanket and the cushions and bed sheets looked like used ones.
I wanted to check in at night but they were charging they asked 1000/- for 4 hours as my booking will commence form morning at 12 PM. No hourly basis offers or anything. The other hotels and dormitory near the same hotel are much better if you are traveling solo or are a couple.
See if u book from agoda or any other apps they won't accept if the booking charges were less than 1500 in agoda it will show 1200 but this hotel guys won't accept that .. and coming to the room ..If u guys want to listen rats sounds while sleeping u can book this hotel and no ventilation also not even one window ...more over reception guy he has the worst behaviour he won't treat guests in a good manner and they will keep on shouting very rude ... Coming to food don't order anything from their menu .. they are looting people . If u want anything if u order from their menu they will bring food from side local vendors and they will charge u high ... This hotel won't even provide u water .. and please avoid this hotel if u want suffer then u guys can try ....
