From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. We arrived a bit early, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. The lift makes it very accessible if you have elderly parents with you. The location on Sigra Road is perfect because everything—from the railway station to the ghats—is just a short rickshaw ride away."
My sister and I went here for lunch. The food was just okay — neither good nor bad. However, the prices seemed quite high. One tawa roti cost ₹50, which felt expensive. The mix veg was average.
They served all the items together, so by the time we finished one roti, the other had already become cold. The rice was also cold. The food didn’t feel warm and freshly prepared; it seemed like it had been made earlier.
I don’t have any negative feelings, but next time I would probably choose another place. The staff, however, were very good and welcoming.
I stayed here for three nights and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They are polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was aesthetic and very comfortable, providing a great environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing and work. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is quite elegant and peaceful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread—it was the perfect start to my mornings. For the price and the quality of service provided, this is easily one of the best stay options in the Mahmoorganj
Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Away from Hotel Padmini Inn
This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was staying with my friend, and what should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a completely frustrating and unpleasant experience.
We checked in around 11 PM on 3rd April 2026 and checked out at 10:10 AM on 4th April 2026 — and even within these few hours, the hotel managed to disappoint at every level.
The rooms are in a pathetic, unacceptable condition. No maintenance, no renovation, and absolutely no sense of cleanliness. Everything looks outdated, poorly kept, and neglected for years. It honestly feels like the hotel has been abandoned in terms of upkeep.
But the worst part — and what truly ruined the entire stay — was the shameless and extremely irritating staff behavior.
We were in Room No. 106, and despite the official check-out time being 10 AM, the harassment started from 9 AM itself. Instead of a single polite reminder, the staff kept calling repeatedly — 7 to 8 times within one hour.
This is not just unprofessional — it is outright harassment.
If there was a concern about late check-out, they could have simply communicated it once in a respectful manner:
“Sir, late check-out will incur extra charges.”
But clearly, basic communication and courtesy are missing here. Instead, they chose to bombard us with nonstop calls like we were trespassing, creating unnecessary stress and completely ruining whatever little comfort was left.
This kind of behavior reflects zero training, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for guests. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being forcefully pushed out.
No hospitality. No manners. No standards.
Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid this place at all costs.
Such a nice hotel, i highly recommend it for visitors specially from other states. Also get nice food and nice staffs,, cleaned room fast service overall 11/10
