Hotel Occazia Paradise is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. All the staff members are extremely helpful, polite, and well-mannered. Their behaviour is very friendly, and the service is fast and excellent.
My experience staying here was really wonderful. The rooms are clean and available in different price ranges, so you can choose according to your budget. The hotel is located around 30 minutes from the railway station.
The manager is also very cool, humble, and friendly. Overall, Hotel Occazia Paradise is a great place to stay. I had a very pleasant experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. You should definitely visit and stay here!

The room was very small, had no LED TV and mosquitoes, and the staff behaviour was not helpful. I had to wait for a long time and finally leave Very poor service and customer handling. Not recommended.

Very poor experience with Hotel Occazia Paradise and FabHotels service. Despite having a confirmed booking, the room was not ready and I had to wait for around 45 minutes. The room shown was very small, the second room did not have an LED TV, and there were mosquitoes in the room. The staff behaviour was also not satisfactory.
FabHotels Customer Care also failed to provide proper support or a solution. I finally had to leave the hotel . Very poor experience with the hotel service, booking management and customer support. Not recommended.

Service is hell and stafs are rude we respected the age but they have no sense what to talk
We chose to stay for 4 days
out of which 2 days there's was no towel , no blankets no room cleaning even when we asked to do show they denied till the last day.
In fact blame us as if we came here for this when we asked again for blankets and towels.
I have seen no cleanliness, no windows, messy room and leakage at washroom .
very disappointing experience. we were allotted a different room than what was already booked, we were told the deluxe room was unavailable even after we paid for it. the staff is extremely rude. when told about our situation, the staff was rude and said they cannot refund the amount we paid. when we complained to fab hotel executive, they shifted our booking to another hotel without our consent. there is no help from the executive and no way out. please don’t rely on this company. Very good service and a conveniently located hotel. Everything was excellent, and the staff treated us with great respect. Harshit, in particular, was very talkative and polite, making our stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Occazia Paradise in Andheri West, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.”
