Hotel NEELKANTH

​I booked this room online and was assigned a room on the 3rd floor.
​Furniture & Bedding: The room had two single sofa chairs and a table. While the furniture was quite old-fashioned, it was functional and okay to sit on. However, the table was covered with gift-wrap paper, which looked a bit untidy and unhygienic. The bed itself was comfortable to sleep on, though there were faint stains on the pillows. When pointed out, the staff explained that their laundry service was struggling to remove those tough stains.
​Amenities & Bathroom: They kindly provided a complimentary mineral water bottle. The bathroom was the highlight of the room—it was clean and looked recently renovated, which I really appreciated.
​Cleanliness Issues: The housekeeping seemed a bit lazy, as I found some trash, including empty condom wrappers, left under the bed. Since I only needed to stay for the night and just wanted a place to sleep, I let it slide.
​Air Conditioning: The AC was incredibly noisy, sounding almost as if it might blast at any moment. However, it cooled the room very effectively, so I resorted to turning it on for a while and then switching it off once the room got cold.
​Overall, it was an okay experience for a quick overnight stay. Thank you

The Experience at this hotel was quite Good. The Staff was very polite, I stayed with my family. They allow zomato services also, The location of the property is excellent, as all the places from this place is nearby. Rooms were clean and bedsheets looked fresh and hygienic.
If you are considering to book at an efficient price, this hotel is a great Choice.

Hotel neelkanth is among good hotels in Lucknow. Rooms are good, prices are average,bathrooms in rooms are in good condition. Beds, bedsheets pillows all are new. But it's build in very small space kitchen is not available inside hotel. They serve food from outside. I was there for 10 days.

And washroom also dirty
No cleanliness
There were packets of tobacco of previous customer and they do not remove them

Rooms and washroom were very dirty and they smell very bad.
Please find other hotel and try avoiding these kind of hotel.
