I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was quick and well-managed. The food quality was also very good and hygienic.
Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was decent and I had no specific issues with the service. The room itself had no ventilation, but the AC worked well enough to manage it.
However, the washroom was a major letdown. It was extremely small (claustrophobic) and had no exhaust fan, which was very frustrating. On top of that, the commode was not clean when I arrived.
The location is a mixed bag; while there are plenty of restaurants around, the area feels a bit shady. I would not recommend this place for families.
Very good service with comfortable room and great location for hotel staff behaviour also
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel M Town. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in recently. I
particularly loved [mention a feature, e.g., the rooftop view/the central location]. It made my trip to the city so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and comfort!
Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom and toilet were neat and clean as well. Good service and very good hygiene . If you are looking for an affordable and quality time hotel with tidy rooms , go for it.
