Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, and they were not helpful at all. The quality of the food was also very poor and definitely not worth the price.
The swimming pool was another major disappointment. The pool amenities were poorly maintained, and the water was visibly dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness, service, food quality, and pool facilities were far below expectations.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money
The staff behaviour was very rude... The ac's were not working properly in some rooms.... Even after reporting the problems... No actions were taken to resolve the issues.... Even after placing the order of meals in the morning when we went to the restaurant at the afternoon... The staff clearly said us "Food isn't available as the restaurant is closed." We saw them serving food to other customers but not to us.... This was a very bad experience staying here....
