Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely small, and the washrooms emit a constant foul smell. The staff is uncooperative and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the main gate remains closed until 7:30 a.m., causing unnecessary inconvenience for guests who need to leave early. The lift was also not working during my stay. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel.
Worst ever Experience i faced in your hotel Black Magic, My advice to the owner of the hotel, Your staff member dont have manners to talk with thier guests, Specially your GM of the hotel worst person i ever met, he is very arrogant person , doesn’t even know how to tackle couple entry in Evening. He misbehaviour with my fiancé was not acceptable. i suggest all the people not to visit this hotel.. As their staff members are very disgusting nd feel like uneducated.
I booked this room for 3000 and in the night rain water started coming inside the room from the balcony and my whole suitcase got wet. This is the Worst hotel ever. Make sure you don’t visit this hotel. Very bad service Don’t ever book this hotel. Whole night you will listen loud music. Worst rooms ever. Lights go away any time in this hotel. Fans doest work properly. Even their shower doest work. Fans suddenly get off in the night. The manager should right away look to this situation. Very bad experience in this hotel

We had paid for breakfast but it was super late around 10 30 am, so we decided to leave qotjout it
Ac was not working and they charged us extra 1000 rupees for AC room no refund nothing.Then I ordered fries it came 1 hour later.The water was not coming in the toilet.The service was very slow .
