BEWARE of this property!
This property is also listed in Booking.com on the name of Super O Hotel. I booked the property for 25th December (1 night) and got a confirmation number as well. As per policy, there was no requirement of pre-payment prior to check-in. I messaged them on booking.com app but no response. Then I contacted OYO and got number of the manager whom I pinged proactively, asking if there is a need for advance payment. He did not respond with anything.
Upon my arrival, they refused to give the property stating that all rooms are full. My family (including a toddler) was left with no option during peak holiday period, when I went to meet the owner, he spoke super rudely as if we are going to stay for free.
I am going to take further action on this property, but I highly recommend to save yourself from harassment and last minute cancellations from these greedy people!

1. Hotel doesn't look as shown in pictures (which are quite old), including the owner/manager who was super rude.
2. Chat clearly shows I asked regarding advance payment, but they did not respond, and then denied the rooms on the booking date.
Some online site showing its name "Super Hotel O Kannyakumari" which is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel board or entry. So it was hard to find.
Could find bcoz of it photo mentioned and the location was same as mentioned.

-It's true they turn the AC off many times even when u r inside the room.
-Spacious room.
-Clean room n bathroom.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. It was very clean , well maintained, spacious rooms. Owner Mr Jaychandra and manager Jagdish were very helpful. They do listen to customer requests whether it is extended stay or anything. AC rooms under budget of 2k is really a deal
We booked 2 rooms on makemytrip. Idally 2 peoples in one room. We was 4 people for 2 rooms. But when we reached there they denied to check in. And asked 1000Rs per person extra for to persons. BATHROOM are dirty. Not maintened. No lift. Make my trip given us extra 2 hr for check out but that also not given us by hotel. Hotel reception have no manners to talk and arrogant. Some other tourist also getting trouble on counter. So Not recommended from my side. Go on your own risk.
