We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for two days and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality throughout our visit. Mr. Ankur made sure that all our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The dining experience was excellent — the food was delicious, and the variety offered was impressive. The staff members were extremely friendly, courteous, and welcoming. A special thanks to the front desk team for taking such great care of us right from the beginning.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
I was thinking to stay at this hotel, and I called to the hotel and had a discussion with Mr Shushil, he was talking like he doesn't want to provide room, if you want to stay then stay otherwise not required........Dear hotel management.... request you to please do something for this...... first impressions should be convincing and polite.......I was not expected this.
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 3 days. We received great hospitality and Pranshu ensured that our every concerns are addressed well.
As for the dining, the food was truly delicious, and the masala tea is an absolute must-try. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and special thanks to Pradeep Rathour for taking such great care of our dining experience. He recommended excellent dishes and made sure everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team!
Highly recommended!
The room was average, flush did not work properly, we changed room but same problem persisted. No hook in bathroom for hanging clothes. Room could hav been cleaner. The manager said we are giving you better room that mmt but this is what we got. Beware, dont go with 4 star rating that hotel says it is!
Booked this last minute. Service was fast, staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Even the side cots we needed. Breakfast was sufficient. Neat location. Would stay again.
