People are awesome. The room service is really good and humble people. There are two cute pets are also there adog and a cat.. and they greet people very well and very adorable too. I really loved your service but your price per night could be a Little less. Otherwise its a 4star rating.
love the hotel. clean and very beautiful. the place is somehow remote, but after entering here you will forget everything. food is also very delicious and tasty. only thing you need to worry about is the food price. some of the room has sofa set and queen size bed. all air conditioned, with TV. clean and beautiful bathroom. staff is very nice and professional along with caring. there is a parking lot under the building. rooms has some paintings for decoration. they plant some decorative plants in the corridor. can get a nice view from the top.
I made the payment of the room during check in, however during check out I was again charged with a pending amount as mentioned by them, which was already done. When asked about the same, they said they can't do anything as the memo was already prepared. It was really unprofessional. The bedsheet, blanket, pillow cover, towel, toilet seat everything was immensely dirty. Food was overpriced with limited options when asked for, even though mentioned in the menu. The location of the hotel is very bad with trucks all over the entrance, no resturants, cafes or any place to visit nearby. All you can see are trucks and tyre shops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL👎TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, WORST EXPERIENCE.
Had to stay here when Hotel Bhargav Grand cancelled my reservation and didn't bother to inform me till I reached Guwahati.
Hotel Highway Palace is a bit on the outskirts of the city. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Most of the staff are pleasant and polite (except the kitchen lot). And the rent is CHEAP. But that is about it.
They don't start breakfast till 8. There is no bed tea. The water in my tap was muddy, and did not clear till I discarded 6-7 bucketfuls.
But like I said, the front desk staff are super polite and actually so simple looking that you feel a bit guilty complaining about the dirty water or the fact that you have to leave empty stomach despite having paid for breakfast.
